My bestfriend and I have been co-authoring a story called Afterlife for about 2-3 years now. In that time our characters have grown in several magnificent ways, and I've been tossing this idea around in my head for a while. The concept is simple; it showcases the two main characters three children and their alter-egos , also known as their "Beasts." These Beasts often take on the exact opposite personalities that their hosts exhibit, and in turn call themselves the reversed version of their name.
This is Nel, my best friend's creation, and her Beast, Len.
